This year’s theme is “Silver Linings.” It's very easy to find depressing and destructive technology in the world today. Or to look at technology libraries are using as difficult, intrusive, expensive, or unnecessary. And there is certainly a case to be made for these things. But we can all use a little hope, so this panel will highlight success stories, including how new technology was leveraged to overcome difficulties and innovative ways technology was used to solve problems.
